Q: I didn't receive a confirmation email. Help!
A: We don't send confirmation emails at this time. Trading Paints sends confirmation messages through the official iRacing Member Forums via Private Messages. This is to verify that you are an active iRacing subscriber, and you are who you say you are. That means that when you see a file available for download on Trading Paints, it's been uploaded through that actual driver's account.

Q: I didn't receive a confirmation message in the iRacing forum. Help!
A: Please email us and we will help get your account working manually.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
A: Visit our Forgot Password page to reset your password.

Q: How can I download all cars on the site, or from a particular vehicle class?
A: Currently, this functionality is not available, but we are evaluating ways of bringing this to our users, bearing in mind the excessive file size and bandwidth usage that this would require.

Q: Why are there files named "12345-1.tga" and "12345-2.tga" in my Zip file?
A: When a driver uploads more than one paint scheme per vehicle, and they're both included in a zip file, any files other than the first one a user uploaded will have a "-1", "-2", "-3", etc. suffix attached. These files will not display in the sim automatically -- they need to be renamed to the user's ID without the suffix to show up in the sim. If you have 12345.tga and 12345-1.tga in the folder, the sim will read 12345.tga and ignore 12345-1.tga.

Q: Can I use my Trading Paints account on other sites?
A: You can use your TradingPaints.com account on our setup sharing site, RaceSetups.com.
